We walked in there at 4:50pm and wanted to try on 2 specific dresses, but the ladies didn’t even bother to help. My mom was trying on the first dress when the lady said they were closed and we couldn’t try on any more dresses. She grabbed the second dress from my hands and took it away.
They abrasively insisted their boss keeps a close eye on them through the cameras and does not let them stay a minute past 5pm. If management reads this, your policy is either extremely rude or your employees aren’t willing to help customers find a dress.
