Angela Aguilar This spa is one of a kind! Peaceful from the moment you walk in, its classy decor and neutral colors make you feel welcome and already pampered! The girls are very helpful and friendly! With all types of services offered and reasonably priced, you will have all your needs met and more. I would love to select more than 5 stars, if that were an option! I scheduled my hair revamp with Erika. She was on time! I am sure many have a story to share about having to WAIT for your stylist - Not with Erika! Upon my arrival she was sure to hear my needs and goals for my hair, she was extremely helpful in explaining what was best and the realistic results expected. Her patience and attention to detail is what I loved most! I showed her a photo and wow, did she deliver! My hair was vibrant in color, feeling healthier than ever and I am loving it!! My relationship with Trilogy does not end at hair. I have already scheduled some time for other services. Thank you so much Trilogy Beauty & Spa for taking care of me!

H Cano Loved my lashes! Fanny was super nice and listened to how I wanted them and suggested which type would be great. It was my first time ever getting them done so I was afraid of after effect but thank God I chose fanny recommended by my sister in law who also goes with her. After the 1 and half hr which went by quick...I didnt feel any irritation or difference! I felt like I had my natural lashes but waaaay better! I will definitely go back with her! I got classics and do not feel bloopy on my eyes! They are sooo light and comfy! Also she threaded my eyebrows and did waay better and faster than Kahlos!

C Bon Had my eyebrows laminated and lash extensions done for the first time. Fanny was patient, informative and listened to how I wanted them to look. She knew I didnt want over dramatic, voluminous lashes like most get and they were done beautifully. So far Ive had them 6 days with minimal fallout maybe two lashes which doesnt take away from the shape. That was my fault as I forget I have them and rub my eye. They are bonded well. Highly recommend, she took about 1.5hrs.

Aaliyah Navarro I’ve been going with Fanny for my lash extensions for about a year now & every time I get them done, I come out loving them even more than before. Fannys customer service, work, and overall attention to detail is what has me going back every time. 10/10 recommend.

Perez Juan “Tecneak” Showed the lady a picture of the cut I wanted for my son. She seemed offended then proceeded to cut his hair short when it was a medium hair cut. Also the edge up and neck line were extremely bad. Gave my son the hair line of a 50 year old man. Please save your money. I usually go to Good fellas. I will be going back next time I’ll wait or just won’t get it cut again.

Redamancy Ardor The stylist is very friendly and respectful. She knew her career, I loved my hair style. I will definitely be coming to the Black & White Salon again.

Rinluvsq Asked to cut the ends and they ended up giving me so many messed up layers. When I saw the end result I started crying! Went to a different salon and they said it wasn’t even fixable. Should’ve known the moment I walked in there, they both starred at me up and down I was about to walk out, but I decided to stay and that was my biggest regret ever.

Alicia Quintanilla One of the best, if not THE BEST place to get lashed in the valley. I love how my lashes come out every single time. The quality is amazing. I love Selena, she is so sweet and always does an amazing job. She knows so much about her craft so rest assured, you will be very well taken care of. The vibe in the salon is so relaxed and youll feel super comfortable as soon as you walk in. Youll definitely leave happy!!

Myrtha Campos I LOVEE this place it’s so cute from the chandeliers to the tea cups, I had such a pleasing experience. I got a balayage done and I loved how it turned out the hair stylists are all really nice and good at what they do. I’d recommend this place to anyone, either for a day to treat yourself and get your hair blown out, or for a girls day or birthday party this spa is perfect for anyone.

The service I received was outstanding, I must say one of the best all over blonde highlights ever! Precision cut. The salon is adorable, I was graciously welcomed. xojackiexo made me pay before, overcharged me, made me sign an unnecessary paper saying “she isn’t responsible for any hair damage” before starting the process just for my hair to look super ugly and not the way i wanted it when it was finished. also cut my bangs so uneven and overcharged me for that too. never going back.
