1 /5 Sun Shine: UPDATE: I asked for the pet policy on another Burlington store in the valley and was informed that it is a choice that the operator makes so I am going to go to that store instead of this one, pet or no pet. My dog was in a stroller, not bothering anybody and is much cleaner than the little snot nose, germ carrying kids allowed to spread diseases, make a mess, and loud noises around the store, just saying... Unlike other Burlington stores in the valley, this one is NOT a pet friendly store so if you happen to be done with a grooming appointment from the neighboring groomers, dont even bother coming here. My dog was in a stroller and I was told he cant be in the store. So if you love your dog and would like to take your furbaby shopping with you, dont ever come to this store and do not spend your money here.

1 /5 Cassandra Jacom: It is 11:15 and they want to close store in 15 mins wth. Manager comes and tells me store is closing go to the front because we are going to close cashiers at 11:30 uhhh no I am not done shopping. Pressuring and harrassing for me to go to the front! Unacceptable corporate! We go to the front and there is a long line only 2 cashiers that is why I do not go and waste time in line. Other days during the day too 3 cashiers they do it on purpose. Super slow cashiers and managers are the worst! Stop making excuses and get new managers! Not harrassers on the microphone every 4 mins announcing we are closing and closing and closing. Annoying and unnecessary! Only in the valley nver upstate!

2 /5 Dulce Rangel: How is it possible that a CLOTHING store doesn’t even have fitting rooms? ONLY TWO people working at the registers with dozens of people buying so much stuff??? Burlington do better, hire more people and pay them good braces the amount of work doesn’t equal quality on the service.
