They take the time to make sure your hair is done properly and safely to avoid damaging your hair. I hadn’t been able to get my hair done for a while due to Covid and went with a more ash / platinum blonde highlights versus the golden highlights I had. Looks beautiful and light for summer !

Justine Rodriguez Yesterday was the first time I went to Carlos. I looked at his reviews and photos and was impressed. I saw some negative reviews about his attitude but none of a bad haircut or color and that’s what sold me. As soon as I walked in Carlos was chatting with a client and made me feel welcomed. His energy and personality were refreshing. He had me laughing the entire time without even trying to! You can tell he is confident in his work and caring and a person not just a hair stylist. I absolutely loved our interaction and loved my hair cut even more! He gave me exactly what I asked for. I will be going back to Carlos for more cuts and color. Thank you so much Carlos! It was a pleasure sitting in your chair! And you have a great attitude!! Oh and his salon space is so cute!

Edit: I texted you before the appointment you just didn’t see it until after. Your responses to unhappy people are absolutely deranged. You need an outlet babe. Your business is not it. The amount of times you’ve texted me passive aggressively after the fact are alarming. You’re an owner, act like it.

Michelle Young Elena was super helpful and made my experience a great one. The time she took to show me different options for hair toppers and educating me on them was much appreciated. These are definitely an investment but you can be confident in the quality. I like that shes trained to customize the topper or wig to your liking or needs and has first hand experience of the products she sells. She shared with me the more breathable options the different coverage options and the differences with each. I couldnt be happier with the service that I was given. I never once felt pressured to purchase and that meant a lot to me because its definitely something to plan for (at least for my budget) but when Im ready I will definitely be returning.

Sandra Garcia I usually enjoy coming to Lox and feel pretty comfortable walking in, but I visited this past week and they had a new stylist. I’m not opposed to trying someone new for what I believe to be a pretty normal haircut (an inch off the length and long layers) but I regret stopping in now. My “layers” are so hard to blend even though I usually curl my hair anyway (probably weren’t blended at all) where I part my hair to the side because they’re so much shorter than the other side of my head and they just stick out if I don’t keep running my fingers through it. She parted my hair down the middle to cut the layers and didn’t adjust much when she parted it back to the side after cutting. I’m so upset to have spent $40 on this cut (after tip) because I didn’t realize the extent of the problem at the salon (the stylist didn’t blow dry my hair after she cut it so it looked normal wet). I don’t think I’ll be back. It may seem really minimal to someone else but I’ve never had this issue and I’ve been getting layers my entire life. Now I have to wait for this to grow back out. (Last photo to show the other side where the lengths of the “layers” are clearly different)

Brianna Ybarra Great service! The salon stuck to my appointment time and no time was wasted. While getting my hair washed, the water was perfect temperature and the mini scalp massage was very relaxing. Elena helped me figure out the perfect layers for my face shape and the style left me feeling confident and loving my new look.

Kristi Holden I booked and confirmed my appointment online super simple and easy. The moment I walked in I was greeted very professionally, and I felt very welcomed. A few minutes later I met my hairstylist Anjo! I explained to him, exactly the type of hairstyle that I want and the layers, and the length that I was looking for. ( I did stress to him My anxiety levels from prior haircut, salons that never gave me the style that I had asked for.) he listened to detail and I felt very comfortable. His hands are so smooth, and he flips your hair and cuts your hair like a professional. When I saw the end results. I was in shock by exactly what I pictured in my head. I was actually gonna walk out of the Salon, with my hairstyle ! He brought tears to my eyes, because I was overwhelmed With my haircut. I’m beyond happy and thank you so much for letting me walk out with an amazing haircut. It’s a great Salon and I highly recommend. And I will definitely be back. Oh, and the vibe. Let me mention the vibe. Everyone there has a smile. And you can see and tell that they enjoy and love what they do! ♥️♥️♥️ keep up the amazing work !

Barbara Escandon Do not support this company the owner charged $25 extra a total of $75 because the stylist asked if I wanted shorted and trimmed the back of my hair. I told her the receptionist was rude she said she saw it and she wasn’t. Then I said it’s because she told my kids not to get more snacks, then she said I know she wasn’t because it was me. So lied. Then I asked for a $25 refund because she cuts a family members hair for $50. She’s says she doesn’t need my $25 then I said I’d pick it up then she said she would review cameras and see if she would give it back. I can admit my small kids were being rowdy but I didn’t have child care they ate two snacks. She even made the comment that I should pay her $25 for taking care of my kids. I don’t support people who speak in that manner. Definitely do not go. The stylist is was great I had no problem with her.

mochaXX & blessgirl Alonzo is the best! I have been with him for years, and he always delivers amazing service! I would recommend Mane On Main to everyone looking to have beautiful healthy hair! This is the place to go! The staff is tremendously courteous and makes you feel like youre being pampered! Book with Alonzo, he is one of the best colorist in the area!

Mercedes Rodriguez I worked with the stylist Gabriella - I had a very unfortunate experience. I had a color (balayage) and cut w her a few days ago, loved the color and the service I got day of. Today I got around to straightening my hair and it was so uneven and choppy. I sent her pictures and asked her how she plans to rectify the situation (I wasn’t sure if she was planning on a partial refund or if she was going to offer something for the inconvenience) but she went on to make excuses on how the correction haircut I was to receive was free and that’s her rectifying the situation. Ultimately I did not feel comfortable with her doing the correction after the back and forth. I messaged the owner and she was very helpful in wanting to get me to a new stylist to do the correction but my originally stylist Gabby blocked me on Instagram so I was just not comfortable even stepping into the salon again. I’m sure the other ladies at the salon do an awesome job - but for the overpriced hack job I received I was VERY unhappy (~$350). I DO NOT RECOMMEND GABRIELLA.

Raquel cut my hair in subtle layers beautifully & I went ahead and got the keratin treatment to help with my frizzy hair, which she also did a great job with. I will definitely be coming back!

Delilah Villarreal I can’t not say enough about the great experience I had here with Raquel. I just had surgery a few weeks ago and wanted a little bit of pampering. She fixed this hot mess. She removed my red, gave me a haircut, covered my greys, and I got a beautiful low maintenance balayage. Felt like I was chatting with an old friend all day. Raquel worked her magic!

Olga Rodriguez I came in from out of town knowing nothing about this place. The very second the girls came for me to do my makeup and hair, I knew I had made the right choice. The girls were very friendly and helpful. I loved the way both my hair and makeup turned out. I will definitely come back again and I will recommend to my friends.

Laura A Martinez this salon has no continuing education experience, you can tell with the level of service they provide. I went for a cut, dye & extension hair service. I was greeted with the most horrible customer service rep you could ever meet. She was rude & acted like my presence was annoying her in the salon. The “Owner “ proceeded to foil my bangs and bleach them for the color match. I’ve never been to another salon that has bleached my bangs, the most sensitive part of your hair for the color match. They forgot about me and went to the back to provide other services to guests. They came back, frightened and scared when they noticed my hair was beyond the color that I wanted. After this clear mistake on their part, they tried to charge me $60 for the appointment to color match. I refused to pay and let them know that this was the worst service for a cut & dye in the RGV that I have ever received. They still tried to make it look like it was my hair that was the problem and not their LOW Level of experience and tried to offer me a reduced rate for hair extensions. NO THANK YOU, RUN LADIES !

Daniella Luna I don’t want to write this review but I feel like I have too. To start off, I have naturally fine hair (lots of it) and I have been mildly anemic (this is important to know). Last year, March 2024 I decided I wanted to bleach my hair. I had virgin hair up until that point. Now, before bleaching, I would shed a normal amount of hair, I was never worried (yes, I was already aware of being mildly anemic). After I bleached my hair, my hair has been shedding like CRAZY. Granted, I knew my hair would take on some damage with the whole bleaching process; however, I did not realize to the extent. I hoped that after a few weeks the shedding would calm down, but nope. I bleached it again in August 2024 (dumb of me to do so) however, the bleach was left on longer than the first time (March 2024). My hair has been an absolute disaster, I have not done anything to my hair in the past 5 months except get a trim and try my best to take care of it. My diet consists of healthy foods, and aside from mild anemia, I had/have no other vitamin/mineral deficiencies. I’m unsure if my fine hair was over processed and permanently damaged, but it is very upsetting and depressing for my hair to be coming out in clumps. The employees are absolute sweethearts and I know they had other clients to attend too, but I believe they left the bleach on for too long and now my hair is damaged.

Marisol Trevino Santos is extremely close and touchy. I’ve never had a hair cut where there was so much touching. He would play with my hair right over my chest while he fluffed and pinched. Every hair stylist works with their medium but I’ve never had this done so pressed and close against my body. Very uncomfortable. He comes off as energetic and talkative. Still there is no excuse to cross so many physical boundaries just while cutting hair. Lack of professionalism in this aspect. I was too nervous/embarrassed to end the service as his wife works right across from him.

Alex G Santos and Priscilla are the only people I trust with my hair, theyve done wonders for me. If youre a guy with long hair and are iffy about picking a place to go to, this is the one.

Angela Aguilar This spa is one of a kind! Peaceful from the moment you walk in, its classy decor and neutral colors make you feel welcome and already pampered! The girls are very helpful and friendly! With all types of services offered and reasonably priced, you will have all your needs met and more. I would love to select more than 5 stars, if that were an option! I scheduled my hair revamp with Erika. She was on time! I am sure many have a story to share about having to WAIT for your stylist - Not with Erika! Upon my arrival she was sure to hear my needs and goals for my hair, she was extremely helpful in explaining what was best and the realistic results expected. Her patience and attention to detail is what I loved most! I showed her a photo and wow, did she deliver! My hair was vibrant in color, feeling healthier than ever and I am loving it!! My relationship with Trilogy does not end at hair. I have already scheduled some time for other services. Thank you so much Trilogy Beauty & Spa for taking care of me!
