5 /5 Elgoog Sucks: Love this JCPenneys. Specifically bc it stands alone and is off the beaten track from the outlet mall. Less people shopping here. I would like to see them improve the low lighting in the building and during summer, PLEASE TURN UP THE AC!!! How do your workers not sweat to death in there at 90° in the summertime?! Make sure you have a coupon when you go.

3 /5 Anna Clark: Took photos at the portrait place with my family, and the staff and photographer was lovely save for the blonde man with a long ponytail. He immediately had an attitude with us, and was sneering and laughing at us when he thought we weren’t looking. We were so confused what we could have possibly done to elicit this reaction because we had JUST walked in. He was so rude that it truly put a damper on the experience.

1 /5 Annmar “Justme” Teacasual: I just left the lady at customer service. They gave me the wrong size, and I would like to exchange the pants because they are too large. I asked to exchange them for an XS, but she told me no. She said she didnt want to look for it. I told her, Okay, I’ll just return it if she doesnt want to help me find the right size. When I got my receipt, she said you didn’t want to buy the XS size. I said I did, but she didn’t want to find the right size for me. She didn’t help me at all.

3 /5 Carl Segura: Seems like JC P needs people to actually do work rather than just show up & be at the store. The Shoe Department was a mess first thing early morning . Positive thing is employees are friendly
