Goodwill Store - Athens (TX)

1 /5 Nicolette Laney: Was in there a few days ago and the cashier banged on the dressing room door and yelled at the sweet lady in the dressing room all because she went into the dressing room with her children and had more than 3 items. The bang was so loud the entire store was looking at her. Adding in , there was not a sign on the door to inform customers of how many items to take into dressing room. The cashier whom yelled then went and got the manager, manager came out and also talked rude to customer and stated “it doesn’t matter if there’s not a sign. This is our rules” It was completely unnecessary and the sweet customer never once was rude or disrespectful.

5 /5 Brian Williams: The staff was amazing very helpful found two great ties and a awesome price that sells associate was very friendly respectful great customer service I would definitely be going back again and again and again God bless that wonderful staff awesome location

2 /5 Pat Beasley: I like your updated store. However, when I started into the bathroom to try on a garment, the manager HOLLERED at me across the room. "Is that a garment", she said. Yes. "You cant take garments into the bathroom", she said. So wheres the sign?? I am older & in there when Imin town-it was very embarrassing

5 /5 Justin Hope: Dropped something off that I shouldn’t have that meant a lot. Returned to the store and asked about it but was unable to find it. Kathy took my name and phone number down stating she would call me back. When I left, about 10 minutes later, she called me saying they found it. Every time I have been in, everyone has been super helpful. They went above and beyond this time, thank you Kathy!
