5 /5 C S: Love my new red dress from JC Penny’s. This location has a great selection unlike the one in the mall. They have an Ashley Graham line of women’s clothes. Well stocked.

4 /5 Greg Marq: Its clean and decently organized, but with these "sale" prices it is pretty obvious it is knocking on retail deaths door. Even the clearance 60-90% off section only brings the inflated tags to normal full price retail. Its just so insanely overpriced that all the huge discounts are meaningless.

1 /5 --: I came in for a portrait session and was very disappointed with the results. I waited for almost an hour for my appointment. The photographer’s direction was stiff and unflattering, and the images didn’t highlight my best features. The posing and angles made the photos unusable for professional purposes. I expected more guidance and creativity from a professional studio. I also didnt get all my pictures like promised. A refund would be appreciated.

1 /5 Chaka Florez: This store location couldve made $350+ from me and have a returning customer to shop often if they had just acknowledged me when I entered the store and helped me when they saw me struggling to find items. I figured the 4 or 5 associates who were looking at me to see if I would steal would offer me assistance, but they did not. I left the store almost in tears because I have a major event coming up and needed a nice business casual outfit. So I wiped my eyes and drive to Old Navy. I found extra stuff aside from the items I needed. And a store associate seen me carrying a bunch of items that Id later purchase and offers me a shopping bag. I found really nice pieces and my event will be a breeze. So with the extra money, I got a smoothie at smoothie king and even bought my dogs treats. Hey JC Penny...greet people when they come in. Those of who come in on our off days and are ready to shop may not look like we have money, but we do. Next time do better....

5 /5 Angelia Garcia: Great sales throughout the year. They even price matched the online sale price in store! The staff is always nice, helpful and professional. The restroom is in good condition.
