1 /5 Steven Smith: Im sure that this is a good store. As long as you dont call and ask about product. Totally lied to because the employee wanted to look at the on hands from a computer instead of ACTUALLY putting hands on the product. Total waste of time. Since I live in this town now Im going to have to cancel my card and get one to a store that can be trusted.

3 /5 Emily D: 3 Stars instead of 1 because we love boot barn. “No returns if there is any sign of wear, original tags...” However, boots should hold up better than this. My son got the Cody James boys boots for Christmas. The sole came loose within days. We weren’t going to embarrass anyone by asking for the receipt.

2 /5 Gbharth: Ive been out of circulation for a minute but since when did mens jeans start going for $75? Ridiculous. Even standard Wranglers were $49. Boot selection didnt seem to be what I remembered either? Surely Covid didnt affect western wear this dramatically? Found better deals at Cavenders.
