5 /5 Nicole Caldwell: I didnt find a cocktail or formal dress I was looking for, but I did find this high-low magnolia flower dress I fell in love with!! I was not expecting it to be so dang cute. Its polyester sadly, but Im obsessed with the magnolia flowers! I also have a lace infinity scarf from Francescas but it was a present, so this is my first time buying something from them.

1 /5 Chrystal Warnke: Hi me and my friends walked into the store to look for a homecoming dress and right when we went in an employee greeted us by saying girls be easy these dresses are expensive. How about hello welcome in. Her name was Christine and she was very judgmental towards us and I was actually gonna buy something. I’m sorry but 80 dollars for a dress isn’t even expensive enough for her to be yelling at us. So I did not buy a dress because of what she said.

1 /5 Elizabeth Parrish-Lorcy: Really disappointed. I just came in and feel I was ripped off and am displeased with the poor customer service. The sign said "buy 1, get 1 30% off all clothing & accessories". I grabbed 2 gel eye packs & there was no discount given on the second one. I noticed just after I paid & I pointed it out to the employee. She said it wasnt included in the sale, only the other things around the gel mask on the table. Then, she only offered to return & refund the product. Thats misleading sales tactics and very shady on the part of the store. I believe the employee herself was nice and trying her best, but I suspect shes under poor direction from management. Products ened to be clearly marked if they are or are not on sale. Huge waste of time. Also, a woman came in with a small dog who was very calm. She was asked to leave the store, despite there being no sign posted that dogs arent allowed. Direction from management seems very non-customer-oriented.

1 /5 philanthropyandbrands: Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The staff at this store are not just rude — they’re shockingly disrespectful. From the moment I walked in, treated with an attitude so unprofessional it honestly felt personal. It’s like helping a customer was the most annoying part of their day. No basic manners, no interest in providing service, and certainly no sense of hospitality. They are SO RUDE. It was uncomfortable, frustrating, and honestly disgraceful. I wouldn’t go back if it were the last store on Earth. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being treated poorly.

1 /5 asok k: The store didn’t allow me to enter with my kid’s stroller, even though my wife was already inside and others were being let in. Very disappointing behavior. Never again
