2 /5 Avi: I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at a Gap store today. The cashier (ID #3632857) was completely unprofessional—she showed no courtesy, did not smile once, made inappropriate and unnecessary comments about other customers, and was unable or unwilling to perform even basic tasks such as properly folding clothes. Her attitude was dismissive and conveyed a clear lack of interest in doing her job. I was so uncomfortable with the situation that I had to tell her I would fold the items myself.
This level of service is unacceptable for a brand like Gap and reflects very poorly on your hiring and training standards. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience, and one that should not be happening in a customer-facing role.
