1 /5 Abbey Andersen: Francesca’s has been a favorite of mine since I can remember outgrowing Justice Just for Girls. I almost always walk out of Francesca’s with something new and fun to wear and always feel very welcomed by the staff! I’m pretty disappointed with the Pearland location. I have visited the Pearland location many times this month. The first visit was to purchase a last minute baby shower dress (Amazon didn’t deliver what I wanted in time) and thankfully I ended up walking out with 4 dresses to choose from. I didn’t have a use for all of them and since i bought as a last minute for a special occasion I decided to return the ones I didn’t need. The last two visits I tried to make a return, Jessica, told me I needed the receipt or the tag. Totally understandable, except for the fact that she had zero customer service. The day ended up being terrible as I have never had that experience with Francesca’s before. Third attempt, I found the receipt… hallelujah. I went to return the dress and again terrible customer service by Jessica. I have no problem following store protocol. That’s why I brought the receipt as soon as I found it! And considering I shop at Francesca’s quite often and really enjoy the store, I’m very unimpressed that my history as a customer was not valued. Jessica had a terrible attitude and was not willing to help or suggest any options. Definitely won’t be shopping at this location again.
