1 /5 Jesus Ruiz: I got treated like a thief. At checkout I spent over $2500 in total and I guess the guy at the counter did not remove several security tags because every time I tried walking out the store the alarm sounded. On the third alarm I walked out frustrated and here comes this maniac screaming at me to stop so they can inspect my bag to see what I stole. I walked back with him and they could not figure out what was causing the alarm to go off. I stepped trough the security scanner without my bag and nothing went off. I should have just returned the items thinking back. I felt so embarrassed being treated like a thief after spending what most would consider a bit of cash. I dint even wear the clothes out of disgust and instead elected to donate them. It sucks because this stores website offers a feature i really like and have not found anywhere else but i wont ever be shopping at any Buckle again.

5 /5 trina acrey: From the moment we walked in, these ladies(Lexi, Ashley, and Kayispo) were awesome!! They were so helpful in suggesting things for us to try on. I even went out and picked a couple of things myself and liked everything they chose for me better. Keep up the great work ladies!! This is the kind of customer service that makes your shopping experience worthwhile!

5 /5 scavazos29: I went in to purchase some jeans for my fiancé but I wasn’t too sure on the size and style. The gentleman and a young woman that helped me looked up a previous purchase so that I could get exactly the size and style he liked. They went above and beyond and made sure that I wouldn’t have the hassle of purchasing something I’d have to return. Great experience!
