5 /5 Stephanie LeBlanc: Chris in Mens Fragrances restored my faith in customer service today! He went above and beyond to help me find the perfect scent for my husband. He patiently went through different fragrance options until we found the perfect scent. He also called another location about an additional gift I needed that was not currently available at his location. His sincere and genuine kindness was the perfect ending to my busy day. 5 /5 Kodi Flo: Great customer service. Jair in the men’s polo section and David in customer service went above and beyond to help me today. Jair is so patient, helpful and nice. He worked hard to find a solution for me and when he did all he could he led me to someone else who could maybe help. David in customer service took the extra steps in his role to assure that I was taken care of before leaving the store. Big shout out to those 2 for being a great example of what customer service should be.

2 /5 Alex Bell: I found this leather jacket. It had no size on it. There was no one around to help. It was on sale for $275. It was really nice, yet when I tried it on, it was one size too small. Looking at the others on the rack, I concluded that if there were mo sizes and no help, I would take a photo or two and shop online. Funny thing is, I thought I saw an old friend of mine and she was working really hard with displays and such. She clearly had no time to talk to customers. The store was very clean and organi ed but I was just shopping in the mens department.

1 /5 Vanessa Richardson: Sales Associates were somewhat attentive. We were only acknowledged when we were near the perfume counter and while shopping for umbrellas. The store has less than a dozen customers and ample sales associates who moved about trying to appear busy. Im going to assume my friend and I were heavily judged by our plain clothing as to the reason sales associates did not care for our business. While in the store I needed to use the facilities and every single stall was a mess. They needed to be flushed and cleaned. Therefore I did not use them. I told my friend, in earshot of a sales associate, how filthy the facilities were and that sales associate did not leave her area. We needed umbrellas because it was raining and instead of walking the entire store I stopped to ask a sales associates just outside of the shoe department if they sold them. It took a moment to get her attention because she was leaning on the counter playing on her phone. However, she pointed us to the right department. We made it there and was looking at the umbrellas and was having a laugh but before I could truly make up my mind on umbrellas a male associate calendar to assist. He was pleasant but he seemed to want us out of his area. It almost felt as if I was being treated like a thief. I needed 5 more minutes as wed only been there a couple and the type of umbrella was new to me so my friend was explaining how they opened. My overall experience was not pleasant. Sales Associates seemed to not care that we were there until we were looking to purchase and then rushed us out.
