1 /5 cashe thomas: I am a frequent customer at your store and have generally enjoyed my shopping experiences in the past. However, my most recent visits have been disappointing due to the level of customer service I received.
During my first visit, I was met with unprofessional and unfriendly behavior from the staff. On my second visit, two employees were working, and one of them remained on her phone for a significant amount of time. She did not greet me, acknowledge me, or provide basic customer service. When she finally assisted me, she rushed through the process without making eye contact or showing courtesy.
I also spoke with one of the managers over the phone regarding my concerns, but unfortunately, her response felt dismissive and nonchalant. In contrast, the store manager that I spoke with over the phone was very polite and professional, and I appreciated the way she addressed the issue. She assured me she would speak with her team, and I am hopeful that improvements will be made.
As someone who also works in retail, I understand the importance of professionalism, courtesy, and making customers feel welcome. I am sharing this feedback in hopes that the necessary steps will be taken to improve customer interactions. I value your store and would like to continue selling here, but I believe attention to this matter is needed.
