1 /5 Christy Lea: I used to love Dillards, but it has gone downhill over the past few years (mainly due to staff - hard to find someone to help you). Tonight I had to return a dress that I bought on the 17th (4 days ago). After walking around I finally found a sales person (common occurrence). When I tried to return the dress I was told it was over 3 days (by 1 day). Sales people really need to let people know you only have 3 days to return an item if item is 65% off. After being told this I found the lady who checked me out when I bought the dress & told her. She claimed to not know about this 3 day policy!!!! Not only does she need to know this policy, but she & other employees checking people out need to let people know when checking things out. I bought 3 items on sale & checked out from 3 different people & not one of them mentioned I only had 3 days to return. I feel Dillards essentially stole from me. If I had known I would have gone yesterday. This past purchases will be my last purchase for a very long time.
