Chicos - College Station (TX)

2 /5 Erika Garcia: I was in Chicos in college station the other day and I was just looking around, this was my first time in the store and they do have some nice clothing but the customer service could be better, specifically this older lady that helped me, I think her name is Linda. She came off as rude, pushy, and acted as if I was bothering her when I was asking about some prices on clothing. If I decide to return to that specific store I hope it will be a better experience, especially that she works in customer service and that is her job, to make customers feel welcomed.

1 /5 Gay Kinard: The ABSOLUTE WORST “customer service “ that I have ever experienced! I have been a Chicos junkie for over 31 years I have always received wonderful service and needless to say , wonderful items BUT I have never, experienced such a horrendous shopping experience!…. any where!!!! Associates (including 1 manager) were totally disinterested in assisting me, totally clueless as to what they had right there in the store and in one word, AWFUL! If I were the owner , I would have fired them both on the spot for their total lack of commitment to Chicos and customer satisfaction!!

5 /5 Janet Lea Dunn: Love our College Station Chicos! Trendy yet classy clothing that is fun to wear! Great styles for professional and casual events. The store manager, Romona, is very knowledgeable and helpful, and all the associates are great.
