3 /5 Serena Scasny: This store is very cute! However, during my visit closer to closing time, I witnessed a manager speaking to staff in a very condescending and unprofessional manner in front of customers (12.12.25). It was uncomfortable to observe and felt unfair to the employees, who were still working hard and providing good/friendly service. Leadership tone matters, especially in customer-facing environments where you need to lead by example. I hope this is addressed internally, as the staff themselves were very polite and helpful!
