Cassandra Yan I cannot recommend Omar at Katy Auto enough!！！！！ Before coming here, several friends highly recommended this shop and specifically told me to ask for Omar. Now I understand why—he is truly a rare gem in the auto repair industry. Honest, meticulous, and incredibly skilled. Before visiting Katy Auto, another shop quoted me over $6,000 for repairs. However, Omar diagnosed the issue correctly and fixed it for less than $2,000. Unlike some places that exaggerate problems or push unnecessary repairs, this shop only fixes what truly needs to be fixed. His work was outstanding, and the pricing was more than fair. As a woman with little car knowledge, I truly appreciated his patience in explaining everything without any pressure or dishonesty. While I was there, I even ran into some familiar faces—turns out, many people rely on this shop for their car repairs. If you need a trustworthy and highly skilled mechanic, I strongly recommend asking for Omar. I’m beyond grateful for his hard work and honesty. He’s truly one of the best in the business!

Ren Yubin Great service with very reasonable price! My A/C is not blowing cool air and the other shop I went only offered replacement for $2K. John and Omar here fixed it with a much lower cost and explained everything in details. Great job!

Chris Moreno I had an interaction with Santiago last week. He did work on my wifes Jeep off a quick evaluation. The job was done on time and without any issues. That Im appreciative for. The one thing I will say is that after my career of over 30 years of taking care of customers. One thing I will say is that Santiago definitely has a way of handling customers. Most people his age do not handle themselves half as well as him. I only came here because of the bodyshop I took my wifes car to work with Santiago. All I can say is Im grateful for the introduction and now feel I may have found someone to replace the trust I have in my brother (career mechanic that moved out of state). Thanks again, Santiago, and I will be bringing my truck over soon.

Edgardo Martinez I had my vvt solenoid gasket replaced here a few weeks ago. And today they replaced ball joints and control arms that were worn out. Alignment was done as well. Professional and honest mechanics working here. Will be coming back to them for future repairs/maintenance.

Shawndalyn Newkirk Recently moved to Houston & didnt want to take my car to Mercedes Benz. Found Jerry of British European Motors. He helped me get a tow truck, fixed my car at an incredible price but Jerrys customer service is EXCELLENT. His willingness to address other issues didnt go unnoticed. Hes God fearing & it comes through. Im happy that Jerry is honest mechanics who isnt trying to take advantage of a bad situation. El Paso Girl....

NeedtoRead54 I regret ever entrusting my car to these people! Their dishonest practices have caused me to be out of more money than necessary! The fact that he charged me then took my car apart because I refused to pay for a new motor is suspect. Some of the personnel act as though theyd never even seen- let alone, fixed- a car engine.
