3 /5 Katherine Kalina: Very helpful when you are shopping. Help at the register could of been a little better. I was behind someone doing a return, the person next to me finished so I walked over to that register to check out. The associate walked away. So I stood there waiting for one of the other 2 associates to get done assisting other customers. Had a female associate walk right by me while I was waiting there. One of the male associates who was checking a customer on the other side got done and promptly was about to assist me. Then that same female associate that walked right by me while I was waiting at the register comes over and says she will take care of checking my items out, that just ticked me off a little....I work in retail also and it is just always good customer service to promptly check out customers if they are waiting in line, especially if other associates are dealing with returns or whatever.
