Seth Jordan I really liked this place when it opened, the staff was a lot friendlier and actually made you feel welcomed. When I recently went in for my bracelet to get cleaned there were two woman behind the counter, one older and one much younger. The younger woman was very polite while the older one was very snarky as well as extremely judgmental. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m a man that wears a pandora bracelet or if she’s just miserable. While I was waiting a girl had come in to ask the older woman if there was anything she could do to get the right bracelet length since she had ordered it online and gotten the wrong size. New bracelet mind you, this lady told her to go to a jewelry repair store to see if they could add to it! Surely there was something she could’ve done to help the girl but no she sent her away. As I waited for my bracelet I received it back a jumbled mess and looking hardly touched.. I took it as it was since i had to get going for work, but even as I waited and took one last glance at the charms that I had been looking at the entire time! The older woman asks “Do you need help putting on your bracelet sir.” I will not be visiting if she’s there. I’ve purchased multiple charms from pandora’s all around the US and have never felt like I didn’t belong.

Marcus Lea Like many of the other reviewers, I too received terrible customer service. Not friendly at all. Dont reward poor customer service with your patronage. If you do, they will never change. There are better, more customer-focused establishments in this area. I would recommend passing this one by.

Richard Kanderas Cory, the owner, is a talented jeweler with many years of experience. He did much of Barnes Jewelrys repairs before they closed (though they never admitted it). His prices are very fair and his work and custom designs are excellent. He is honest and extremely capable.

The ladies working there made it a wonderful experience rather than just a purchase on my part and sale on theirs. Paramount Jewelers in the mall is worthy of 5 stars in all aspects.

George Just We were looking for poker bracelets and stumbled on their line of cuffs. Customized any way. We made them larger for the big guys getting them. Very awesome bracelets / cuffs

Jennifer Carlson Wonderful staff and exceptional service. The owner took care of a stone that had fallen out of a ring we had bought from them a little over a year before. When I came back to pick up the fixed ring, the owner was again there and gave the ring to me. I can’t tell you all the “thank yous” I had in my heart for this man and his staff.

Gabrielle Arkady’s is the best shop for all your metaphysical needs! The employees and owners are the nicest and most helpful I’ve ever come across and the environment is relaxing and welcoming! I highly recommend it to everyone and all!

Ashley Lamborn DO NOT USE them. I highly recommend just ordering the cap and gown(only because there are no other options)and NOTHING MORE. I didn’t get my son’s graduation package till 2 days before his graduation. I asked for a refund and got the run around from the location in Amarillo and got lied to saying a refund is in the process when it wasn’t. I then called corporate to verify and got the run around from them as well. They also said I had to pay to ship the items back then I would get reimbursed and for not even half of what I paid for the package. If I could give zero stars I would. Once again, DO NOT USE THEM. Horrible place of business.

Kylie The first time I went to Zales, we bought this ring and received it around July 15th. After about 10 days, the opal cracked. I was very busy and wasn’t able to get it checked right away, and later the opal actually fell out. I finally brought it in on August 23rd. When I went, the associate told me my warranty didn’t cover lost gems and suggested I order a replacement stone from Amazon since they didn’t carry any in store. He even gave me the exact measurements, so I went ahead and ordered one. Once it arrived, I returned to have it fixed. However, at that visit I was told I shouldn’t have purchased the stone (and should return it), because they wouldn’t be liable for it. Instead, I was told I’d need to replace the entire ring and buy a new warranty to have it repaired. Although the staff were always kind when speaking with me, the lack of clear communication was very frustrating. Unfortunately, I don’t see myself buying from Zales again. I expected much better, especially after hearing so many good things about the company (Sorry for the bad quality, I never took actual pictures of the crack but you can see it.)

Sydney Downs Highly highly recommend going in to talk to PJ & Ryan for any of your jewelry needs! They did a fabulous job for my Fiances wedding band; we had to order it & it came in the next week!! Just what we needed a month out from our wedding. They were truly a breath of fresh air & the most welcoming & helpful people. We will definitely be using them for our future jewelry needs.
