5 /5 Victoria Foster: I went in yesterday with my daughter to look at a couple of tops. We were blown away by the customer service when we entered the store by a young man. I believe his name was nick. however, he was so compassionate and friendly ; even smiled and made eye contact in a professional way when we asked him various questions.This made my daughter and I feel great as to just visiting the store! I will definitely recomemed Tillys to others and point out the great customer service

1 /5 Sergio Arrambide: To start off the review. Great workers! I love going in and everyone is very helpful especially that saleswoman Amber but i did NOT like the service i was given from that called Jack or Jeff ? i believe. First of all extremely rude and disrespectful to me and my daughter. I simply asked where i can find some specific shirts and he just pointed and turned around doing what he was doing. I get it he gotta do his job but customer is always the first priority very disrespectful smh.

1 /5 Janelle: Do NOT buy anything online because you wont get it. Ordered online and they sent an email saying the order was cancelled. Ordered again in a different size, order was cancelled without any notification whatsoever. I called to find out what was going on with my order and waited on hold for 30 minutes to find out they never planned on telling me it was cancelled. Their answer was "sorry, we cant do anything for you." Really?! You take my money and never plan on shipping the item I ordered?! HORRIBLE!! So much for that Christmas present!

1 /5 ruby hinojosa: Why are parents not allowed in dressing rooms with small child? Clothes are already counted by sales person and placed in dressing rooms. Dumb policy, my child had to come out of dressing room for each item they tried on.

1 /5 Lupe Rivera: July 26 I bought my grandson 2 pair of jeans we took off tags & hung them in his closet school started on August 26 ,on Thursday 30 he told me he didnt like pants so I took them for an exchange,or store credit I didnt want a refund the manager told the 30 days had expired ,I will never shop in this store
