Beckee Saldana This a review for the type of people(person) who work for New York Life Insurance at 2600 network blvd Frisco Texas, not the company as a whole. Jae Bogan or their coworker treated a delivery driver with disrespect and then left a one star review on the company because he didn’t understand that the Dominos he ordered from was busy as they are typically on a Friday. Instead of calling the location and discussing the frustration with a manager he decided to bring the rating down with a one star review. They placed an order this morning with an estimated completion time of 11:53am. Due to the amount of orders to be delivered at the same time - the driver did not leave the dominos location until 12:23pm which then took the delivery driver 5 minutes to arrive to their location to be harassed in front of other workers outside of the establishment. It’s frustrating knowing that a company who understands the importance of a Google review would do that to another company. Business should support each-other and the driver should not have received the treatment they did.
