Marshalls - Corpus Christi (TX)

1 /5 Kris Tovar: Today, Marshal lost a great customer. I shop 2 to 3 times per week. I pair of shoes was on sale for $13.00 Every size from 6 to 10 were on sale. I searched for 15 min to find my size, finally found it but didnt have a clearance sticker. So i took the size i needed plus the next size up with tag on it to register. I was told EVERY size but my size was on sale. My size was $20 more. I thoughtvthe clerk was new and was confused so asked manager . Yes, your size is not on sale. So, over a pair of shoes - im closing my charge account and will no longer be shopping at Marshalls or tj max. Because of the managers professionalism.

5 /5 Jennifer Batres: Marshalls had really nice items. I just went to look and got a lot! It is disorganized but i blame people who are shopping. Sierra was super great at register, offering credit card and asking my experience. I wanted to do the feedback that was suggested on the reciept but evertime i tried. It wouldnt load. Overall great!

1 /5 exselice: Tried returning a perfume that wasn’t lasting as long as recommended and online it said they take returns the spray was used one time. They wouldn’t take it and the manager working had a bad attitude about it said they don’t take stuff if it’s used the bottle was clearly visible as filled and not used more then once. The terrible customer service and disrespect is one thing but after we left the manger was seen looking towards the worker who checked us out and clearly communicating to her about us. Talking directly behind a customers back as we walking out the store is very disrespectful.

5 /5 CAM: I came in to see what’s new and ended up purchasing more than I expected. The store was organized. I wish they had larger variety of products.
