Ann Taylor - Plano (TX)

1 /5 Axelle: i usually go to the ann taylor at north park—always such great service there—but decided to stop by here on my way home. maybe i wasn’t their right “demographic” today. who knows? no service given, only side-eyes and the eagerness to help anyone literally other than myself. i’d rather drive 30mns to the city than stop here—or shop online. this was just ridiculous.

To make the experience go to a higher level, the customer service was superb. Sometimes you experience something in your life and you know its special. My experience at Ann Taylor was 100% one of those.

5 /5 Dave Schain: My wife didn’t even know this location was here so she had to stop in. Absolutely lovely shop with wonderful staff that was very helpful with anything she needed. According to the wife, great selection of very nice clothes and accessories and will definitely be back.

3 /5 Laura S: So many cute classic styles, yet everything is made with some type of spandex or polyester. Yuck. Please go back to using 100% wool whether it’s gaberdine or crepe as was done in the late ‘80s and early ‘90s. In fact, using 100% wool in clothing allows the garment to last years, in my case, decades.
