1 /5 DENMARRAH MENTRENUZZ: This store discriminates against black women. I went shopping here in an unappealing outfit. But I purchased a significant amount of clothing for my daughter. I overheard lady with the red Head saying that black people go into he dressing rooms and steal. She also followed me around the store. I would not shop here ever unless you want to be harassed or have a false police report filed against you. Also the multiracial girl and Hispanic teen were very unprofessional and making fun of me as I spent a big amount of cash here. Be careful

1 /5 Thomas Lam: Bad customer service with poor attitude. Returned gift items with online receipt. Cashier #3675321 processed the return without saying anything. Then said its been credited back to your credit card. Told her they were gifts. She said I should have told her. I said well you should have asked. Gifting Gap items is not uncommon. Kept telling me I should have said something so I said ok its a gift. "Too late. I already processed it. You can ask the person who gifted it to give you the money." Nice...
