Old Navy - Plano (TX)

2 /5 Blazius the Blaze: I did not like the styles of the clothing offered here. The styles remind me of clothes Mormons would wear. Moreover, the store was unkempt with various clothes scattered on the floor. Employees didnt smile or seem very nice.

1 /5 Jennifer Johnson: Rarely has anything I want in stock. The store is always an absolute wreck - like toddlers came in & threw all the clothes on the floor. I walked in, couldnt find what I wanted or an employee to help so I left and drove further north to get what I want. Clean this store up, retrain the staff (or fire & get new hires). I dont think even the manager cares about this store. Just a mess.

2 /5 Taylor D: Smaller location which is fine. However, their size ranges are extremely limited. Having 6+ XXS and *maybe* one 2X for brand new products is ridiculous. Almost all of their displayed products are XXS-XL. Practically no larger sizes available from their already limited selection. I’ve never walked into an old navy and not been able to find something in my size, so this was extremely disappointing.

5 /5 Wafa: Belicia and Courtney were amazing! They went above and beyond to help me, were so friendly, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.
