1 /5 Angela Papas: I just had a horrible experience at the Dallas Preston and Royal location. Jeannette did a poor job with my transaction. It started when I asked her for a different size on one of the items I ordered and specifically asked her to check and see if they had it at Preston park in Plano. She proceeded to walk out on the floor and check the racks. I let her know. I just simply needed her to check Preston and Park Plano, that I already checked the rack. She proceeded to look at a list and was looking at a variety of locations and finally announced that it appears that the Preston park location was the closest. Of course in between she asked me if I was local, and I already told her exactly where I wanted to pick it up from. Then I asked her to just do one transaction because I wanted to get bracelets with it, which would’ve put me over the hundred dollars to use my $20 coupon. she ended up doing a transaction but only for the two blouses. I reminded her what my ask was and at this point very frustrated that she’s not listening over and over to me, her customer. She told me it was too late to do it that way, because she already checked out the two blouses so at this point, I’m getting more frustrated because I told her in the first place what my desire was. She left the floor and went over to Soma to get someone to help her, again needing to wait. Then that person guided her. First, she knocked over the scanner that fell on the floor so when she went to scan, it wasn’t working, she, so kept trying to no avail. The other person said to just punch in the numbers. Then she couldn’t get the three bracelets to ring up the sale price so she got the calculator and kept trying to divide by three to no avail. She said that wasn’t working either and that nothing was working today. It was obvious it was an operator error. I finally entered it into my calculator and gave her the amount. So she never was able to get this rung up all at one time and she was told to credit it and re-ring it up together with the bracelets, ugh!!! However, that didn’t work either because she said it wasn’t in the system yet. So finally, the person helping her told her to enter a coupon into the system with the bracelets.This was so inefficient and a huge waste of my time! Hopefully, the Plano location experience will be better!
