1 /5 Brian Wilson: My 3 sons have had Dr. Ahmed as their pediatrician for over 2 years but we are now going through the process of moving them to another Doctor. I should have done it sooner but Dr. Ahmed can be very personable in person so I tried to make it work, at my kids expense.
His front office is really unprofessional and petty. The last straw was my sons scheduled Televisit with the doctor. They left school early to attend this 4:15 call. By 4:45 they are calling me at work saying that the Doctor was not there. I called the front office and they were acted as though I was unreasonable for even asking to go remind the doctor that two kids were waiting for their appointment.
I called back at 4:55 and the front desk took pleasure in telling me that Doctor Ahmed had left early and told them to reschedule the appointment. As unprofessional and shocking as that is, it is even worse when you consider they didnt even call to tell me this. There were satisfied to let these two kids wait on a video call for a doctor who never intended to come.
Save yourself the trouble and disrespect.
