5 /5 Brigette Escamilla: I was seen at the Bay Area on Wednesday 1/29/25. The staff in the ER were extremely busy. As I walked to the window to sign in, I was greeted by a nurse with a hello and big smile, she asked me to sign in, have a set, and someone would be with me as soon as possible. Due to the extent of my emergency, I was seen right away. The PA who examined me was professional and courteous. As I sat down he sat in front of me at eye level and asked why I was there. As I explained to him the reason for my visit he sat quietly and listened. Once I was done he examined me, told me what was going to happen next and asked me to have a seat in the lobby. A short time later my name was called, I was taken for a scan, both the transporter and tech who provided my scan were professional and courteous. Once they were done I was taken back to the lobby and asked to wait. Again I didn’t wait long, I was called to the back, and given my results, I was given treatment, they explained what I needed to do next and asked me to wait in the lobby while they prepared my discharge papers. Needless to say I was in the emergency room for a total of 3 hours, mind you, they were extremely busy. Everyone was courteous, they worked as a team and everything flowed smoothly. If I’m not mistaken the PA’s name was James, I’d like to thank him and the rest of the ER staff who worked that night, they did an awesome job! Thank you everyone for your kind service!
