Upon arrival, I encountered unhelpful behavior from some of your staff members. They appeared to be whispering and exchanging unpleasant looks, which made me feel uncomfortable. When I asked for assistance, they spoke in a low voice behind a glass window, making it difficult for me to hear. Despite my request for them to speak louder, their response was disrespectful, accompanied by an unpleasant expression.
As I settled down in the waiting area, the same staff members continued to talk loudly, seemingly disregarding the impact on the overall atmosphere and patient experience. This lack of professionalism and customer service is disheartening.
I have always valued the care and service provided by your dental office, which is why I have been a loyal customer for so long. However, based on this recent experience, I am reconsidering my decision to continue bringing my children here.
