Sharon Curole My daughters and I have been patients at this dental office. The doctor is absolutely wonderful—very kind, informative, and professional. I truly appreciated the care we received from the dental team itself.
However, my experience with the front desk staff has been disappointing and frustrating. When we first visited, I was told that my daughters procedure required preauthorization from our insurance. I followed up two weeks later after switching to a new insurance plan. I spoke with Jennifer at the front desk, who updated our insurance information and told me she would call back with an updated estimate.
Unfortunately, I never received that call. I reached out again the following week and was told it was pending insurance approval. Another week later, I called again, and this time was told that since we have a PPO, preauthorization shouldnt even be necessary. Each time I called, I received a different explanation, and no one followed up as promised.
After four weeks of back and forth, and still no resolution, I have made the decision to take my daughter elsewhere. It’s disappointing because the dentist is great, but the lack of consistency, communication, and follow-through at the front desk made the process far more stressful than it needed to be. I hope they can improve their administrative processes for future patients.

Meghan Bishop We brought my daughter here for an emergency we got in asap and we will never go anyone else. The dentist was so quick and her and Rylee were both so good with her. Very kid friendly. This will be our new dentist from here on out. Worth the hour and a half Drive!!

Dosey Doe Hospitality We were able to make an emergency appointment. The entire staff was amazing!! The front desk ladies were so informative and helpful. The dental team kept my anxious boy calm and they were so gentle with him. We will not be going back to our old Dentist!!
