They do not know what they’re doing, they just try and squeeze every dollar out of you by recommending physical therapy (and slyly forcing you to do it by not telling you that it’ll be $200 for a 30 min session and just herding you to the pt room). Scum of the Earth, don’t waste your time.

5 /5 Cynthia Talbot: I would recommend Woodlands medical to anyone needing a PCP in Denton. Everyone from the front desk staff to the phlebotomist is kind, professional and personable. I saw Brittany Bradshaw but again all the staff was great to work with.

1 /5 Frito Bandito: The doctor does not listen to you, he just wants to make you do physical therapy. I have osteoarthritis, my bones literally lock up painfully and hurt a lot after repetitive motions. He just tried to get me to come in twice a week to do pointless exercises, and treated me like a child when I told him I couldnt be changing my work schedule around a placebo, as if moving my wrists back and forth was imperative to fixing a degenerative disease. Brother, Im losing cartilage, messing around with the affected areas wears it down, it doesnt build it back up. I need surgery, not a ridiculous dance session. Pretty much just a bunch of quacks that think a big vibrator and chiropractory is a legitimate replacement for real medicine. Finding a new PCP ASAP.

Payton: I have been coming here for years and have always gone to M.E.D and have never had an interaction this bad before. On Friday night, I went in expecting to get help. The two women at the check-in desk were extremely nice and helpful. But unfortunately, when I was brought back to see the doctor the nurse who took my vitals CHRISTA was very rude. She was rushing the whole process because I didn’t know the answer to her questions she then and slammed the door hard when as she left the room. I then overheard her bad mouthing me in front all of the other staff and the doctor( Sean) that was about to see me. He wasn’t very much helpful either but then got mad when I was in rush to leave because of how rudely I was treated. I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK. I honestly hope that management talks to Christia because she was extremely unprofessional by talking loudly about a patient badly behind closed doors.

Everyone here was great - April at the front desk was very kind, our nurse Brandy was helpful and funny, and Dr. Khan told entertaining stories the entire time he was stitching up my bf’s face. Everyone, including the nurses, therapists, custodial staff, and even the kitchen staff were wonderful. The quality of care given was exceptional. The Atrium staff not only cared for our loved one, but also included the family in all aspects of her care. The facility was always clean and maintained and very welcoming. We are so grateful that everyone from the Atrium were apart of our loved ones recovery.

Had a 7:30 appointment scheduled and they did me “a favor” by letting me in 3 minutes early, and then making the snide comment of “We don’t open until 7:30”. If you can’t open the doors a few minutes early for your first appointment of the day then don’t make appointments for that time. A simple, “have a seat, someone will be with you in a few minutes” would have sufficed. Don’t expect me to be on time for my appointment and then talked to that way. And because I spoke up and didn’t accept to be spoken to that way, I have been asked to leave the practice. Good riddance. What happened to good customer service?

Bakyt Aliev: Avoid at all costs, they literally scammed me saying I have TB from bloodwork and making pay ridiculous amounts for xray, I was trying to get my 631 for uscis, omg made me drive around Denton to get this and that shots. They do provide very little in here. Once every thing was done and time to get my papers I spent 2.5h to get it. Just sitting in there. That’s not the end, made me to go to cvs to get Covid vaccine! After two hours of sitting in there, Anyway it is ridiculous, not friendly, no one smiles at you. Overall do not go there pple save ur time and nerves Attached photo is door to humiliation!

All people are trying to do is get care and help! $100 advertised visit is now $200-300. This is greed and this is why all businesses need to be held accountable.
