The nurses were amazing. They were all so kind and accommodating. The doctor and nurses who delivered my baby were excellent. My little one did get stuck for a short time on the way out but the delivering doctor and nurses worked so quickly to make sure my son was safely delivered and in my arms. It was a really good experience.
Medical City Lewisville - Lewisville Sowjanya Gunukula: I recently had my labor and delivery experience at this Medical City of Lewisville, and I cannot praise the staff and facility enough. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us with kindness and professionalism. The nurses were incredibly supportive, guiding me through each step with compassion.
The labor rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, providing a calming environment. My doctor was attentive and ensured I felt informed and empowered throughout the process.
After delivery, the postpartum care was exceptional. The nurses checked in frequently, offering assistance and support.
Overall, I highly recommend Medical City of Lewisville for anyone looking for a positive labor and delivery experience. Their dedication to patient care truly shines through.
Pri-Med Care - Lewisville Miranda L: I cannot emphasis enough how unprofessional and disorganized Pri-Med Care is. My experience with them has been nothing short of disappointing and quite honestly disrespectful. I had called to verify that my insurance was to be taken, as Dr. Chandra was listed as in-network and selected as my PCP. I was reassured that everything was in their system and I had scheduled an appointment. After my 2 hour drive I arrived, and it wasn’t until they had me fill out paperwork that they told me that they would not take my insurance and I would have to pay out-of-pocket for my appointment. I am unsure why they did not clarify this with me when I called to verify a week prior or even before having me fill out paperwork. Also not sure why they still have themselves listed as in-network when they refuse to take the insurance. I truly hope that their intentions were not to make more money off of an out-of-pocket charge for service on my immediate need to be evaluated for an injury. It ended up being a complete waste of my time and caused much frustration. I highly recommend not wasting your time and finding a different provider, as this business lacks communication, respect, and care for their patients.
Dignity Primary Care - Lewisville Kranthi Gabbeta: I have been a patient of Dr. Goel for 3years and have never been disappointed in her care. Very good diagnostician, very patient never feel rushed by her, excellent listener with a very good memory of previous conversations and concerns. She cares very much about her patients health and their well being. She is very much updated on the latest health care changes and recommendations & is a much appreciated physician.
Denton County Public Health - Lewisville Enes Odabas: They had all the vaccinations I needed for immigration examination and it was only $10 per shot even though I have no insurance of any kind. Lady in the front desk was so sweet and helpful. Thanks guys

SignatureCare Emergency Center - Emergency Room - lewisville - Lewisville Oxein Lopez: I was fortunate enough to visit this urgent care center and I can recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The check-in process was quick and easy, and I was made to feel comfortable throughout. The doctors were very attentive, explaining every step of the treatment and answering all my questions patiently. The facility was clean and well organized, which gave me a lot of confidence. Definitely a trustworthy place to receive urgent care. Thank you for making my visit such a positive experience!
Your Family Medical-Flower Mound - Flower Mound Mary Tran: This is the worst medical place I experience. They dont have MD, they only have PA that see patients, but didnt advise patients that there is no MD available. As patients we have the rights to request who we want to see for our problems. I also just got the bill from them, which they supposed to bill to my health insurance. I call them about the bill, they give me some kind of billing number I call they have no idea whats going on or cant pull up the files. This is very unprofessional. Very disappointed and not trust worthy.
Denton County MHMR Center - flower mound - Flower Mound Shaun Lush: The employees who work here do not care, most of them act agitated/annoyed and it is extremely difficult to get appointments made and get medication. I have run out of my medication twice already because the phones send me straight to voicemail and they do not check or do call backs. I only just switch to the Lewisville location but I am going back to Denton Mhmr because the people in Denton actually care about their patients.
