1 /5 Payton: I have been coming here for years and have always gone to M.E.D and have never had an interaction this bad before. On Friday night, I went in expecting to get help. The two women at the check-in desk were extremely nice and helpful. But unfortunately, when I was brought back to see the doctor the nurse who took my vitals CHRISTA was very rude. She was rushing the whole process because I didn’t know the answer to her questions she then and slammed the door hard when as she left the room. I then overheard her bad mouthing me in front all of the other staff and the doctor( Sean) that was about to see me. He wasn’t very much helpful either but then got mad when I was in rush to leave because of how rudely I was treated. I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK. I honestly hope that management talks to Christia because she was extremely unprofessional by talking loudly about a patient badly behind closed doors.

Im a long hauler who was gaslighted by all of my Drs when I had Covid so I dropped them all. I pick up any and everything now. Came here for bronchitis and a sinus infection. Last visit, John had the audacity to yell at me and tell me I was Dr hopping and they are NOT my Primary care Dr. Dr Hopping??? The sheer audacity. This was the only place I was going to. Last time Ill ever go to this place. The lack of empathy and compassion is astounding. Do better and find better Humans to work there. That Tool John is NOT it.

5 /5 RabbitHat: An amazing experience! I had strep throat last week and the nurse who tested me for strep did an amazing job. Quickest test yet. Out of all the many times I’ve had strep, this was the best experience despite me being sick.

5 /5 Emily Weeks: I have never left a doctor’s office feeling so seen and taken care of. Doctor Blankenau was so compassionate and he took every concern I had into account. Highly recommend for any urgent concerns, everyone was so kind.

5 /5 Deb Lanham: I went to Minor Emergency in Denton about 6 months ago while I was visiting family. I had some health complications, and decided to go to Minor Emergency since it is very close to my familys home. I saw a nurse practitioner, (John, I think?), and he listened and was very compassionate and helped me with my health issues. He even called in a prescription, and the pharmacy was right next door. All of that took only about an hour! I would definitely go back to this place. Bonus....cute gift shop in the pharmacy too. I spent some money there!

Had a 7:30 appointment scheduled and they did me “a favor” by letting me in 3 minutes early, and then making the snide comment of “We don’t open until 7:30”. If you can’t open the doors a few minutes early for your first appointment of the day then don’t make appointments for that time. A simple, “have a seat, someone will be with you in a few minutes” would have sufficed. Don’t expect me to be on time for my appointment and then talked to that way. And because I spoke up and didn’t accept to be spoken to that way, I have been asked to leave the practice. Good riddance. What happened to good customer service?

Bakyt Aliev: Avoid at all costs, they literally scammed me saying I have TB from bloodwork and making pay ridiculous amounts for xray, I was trying to get my 631 for uscis, omg made me drive around Denton to get this and that shots. They do provide very little in here. Once every thing was done and time to get my papers I spent 2.5h to get it. Just sitting in there. That’s not the end, made me to go to cvs to get Covid vaccine! After two hours of sitting in there, Anyway it is ridiculous, not friendly, no one smiles at you. Overall do not go there pple save ur time and nerves Attached photo is door to humiliation!

The nurse took my vitals, walked out of the room and told my Practioner, "Your not gonna believe this one." She went on to discuss my problems loud enough that I heard the entire conversation 3 doors down, Im sure every patient on my hall heard this! Kim is Great and Jason is Great, but they really need thicker walls or to train their staff!!!

My little one did get stuck for a short time on the way out but the delivering doctor and nurses worked so quickly to make sure my son was safely delivered and in my arms.
