Everyone here was great - April at the front desk was very kind, our nurse Brandy was helpful and funny, and Dr. Khan told entertaining stories the entire time he was stitching up my bf’s face. Awesome team! Everything was fast and smooth. 10/10 experience :)

I would definitely recommend Surepoint to anyone in need of ER care. Especially, to cut back on a potential hospital ER wait time. The receptionist was so sweet and understanding! She helped me stay calm. I normally get severe anxiety with doctors. The nurse was absolutely phenomenal. The doctor was thorough and explained things to me so my husband and I knew what she was talking about.

5 /5 Chasmin Johnson: I’ve been here 3 times, this ER has become my go to above all other ERs. The receptionist is the sweetest! The staff are very friendly, understanding and makes you very comfortable! They have the best attitudes and always can answer questions! Doctors treat you so well and see you more than once to follow up. The Doctors are very involved and doesn’t just see you once for 2 seconds like other hospitals! They also send Thank You cards to your home which is so sweet of them!

The woman at the front desk (sorry I didn’t catch your name) was super sweet and helped out quickly. The nurse and Dr. Chavda listened and I felt cared for in terms of bedside manner and treatment options. Appreciate a place like this being available when I needed it the most. Highly recommend.

5 /5 Morgan Kainu: I went in for a possible broken/fractured toe on 9/25/2024. Immediately upon walking in the receptionist was the kindest person I think I have ever met and made me feel calm and welcome. I have really bad anxiety at doctors offices and hospitals and talking with her gave me a good first impression. Upon being taken back, I was taken to a private room. The bed was very comfortable and each person that came in to take vitals and ask questions was very kind. It was really nice that they werent speaking too loudly and gave me time to answer questions and fill out paperwork as my anxiety was sky rocketing as soon as I heard I needed x-rays and a shot. They talked me through the process and sat with me during each step of the way to ensure that I was comfortable and didnt need anything additional. I highly recommend Surepoint Emergency Center in Denton! I left having possibly the best doctor/hospital visit in my life.

Bakyt Aliev: Avoid at all costs, they literally scammed me saying I have TB from bloodwork and making pay ridiculous amounts for xray, I was trying to get my 631 for uscis, omg made me drive around Denton to get this and that shots. They do provide very little in here. Once every thing was done and time to get my papers I spent 2.5h to get it. Just sitting in there. That’s not the end, made me to go to cvs to get Covid vaccine! After two hours of sitting in there, Anyway it is ridiculous, not friendly, no one smiles at you. Overall do not go there pple save ur time and nerves Attached photo is door to humiliation!

All people are trying to do is get care and help! $100 advertised visit is now $200-300. This is greed and this is why all businesses need to be held accountable.

Samantha Fitz-Simons: I have gone there for years, they are one of the few that accept my insurance. Last week I went in for an appointment because I had not felt well for a while. The nurse took my vitals, walked out of the room and told my Practioner, "Your not gonna believe this one." She went on to discuss my problems loud enough that I heard the entire conversation 3 doors down, Im sure every patient on my hall heard this! Kim is Great and Jason is Great, but they really need thicker walls or to train their staff!!!

My little one did get stuck for a short time on the way out but the delivering doctor and nurses worked so quickly to make sure my son was safely delivered and in my arms. Miranda L: I cannot emphasis enough how unprofessional and disorganized Pri-Med Care is. My experience with them has been nothing short of disappointing and quite honestly disrespectful. I had called to verify that my insurance was to be taken, as Dr. Chandra was listed as in-network and selected as my PCP. I was reassured that everything was in their system and I had scheduled an appointment. After my 2 hour drive I arrived, and it wasn’t until they had me fill out paperwork that they told me that they would not take my insurance and I would have to pay out-of-pocket for my appointment. I am unsure why they did not clarify this with me when I called to verify a week prior or even before having me fill out paperwork. Also not sure why they still have themselves listed as in-network when they refuse to take the insurance. I truly hope that their intentions were not to make more money off of an out-of-pocket charge for service on my immediate need to be evaluated for an injury. It ended up being a complete waste of my time and caused much frustration. I highly recommend not wasting your time and finding a different provider, as this business lacks communication, respect, and care for their patients.
