1 /5 Sarina Clement: Honestly, super disappointed that their website says they strive to be the best office in Beaumont. They couldn’t even call me back to tell me they are not accepting my insurance at the moment. After filling out the new patient form online, I was told to allow 24 hours before somebody reaches out to me. I waited 72 hours before I called, to be on hold for two minutes just so someone can tell me they do not accept my insurance at the moment. The sad thing is, this was my first option, and if their communication is a picture of how they handle things, I am glad I didn’t get to set this appointment. I’m sure the doctors are more than great, if you can get past the very rude and passive, aggressive receptionists.
