1 /5 Jason Nikoley: I was transferred to community care because the VA could not provide me with prompt service. Because they are lazy, they submitted the reason that I live too far away, so upon renewal it was denied. Now I am back with the VA, and I’ve been waiting two years for a specialty clinic appointment. Every time the appointment comes up, they called to cancel and reschedule it. I ordered prescription refills, and they wait three weeks before shipping them. My heart doesn’t care, I will die without my prescriptions. They are not accountable, because they are government employees, and most of them don’t care. Some of them do, but they are overburdened with too many patients. My primary care physician doesn’t even remember what we talked about in our last visit.
