My fiancé & I rushed her here to seek help, sadly, she ended up passing an hour after we got her here before they got to drew blood to find out answers. We had her cremated with a paw print. They partner with Cherished Memories and they delivered her ashes in a beautiful wooden box with a big casting of her paw prints. I appreciate all they did to give me my baby girl back so she can be at rest at home with our family. Thank you. ♥️

They are appointment only which means myself and my cats dont have to wait all day and hope we get lucky enough to be seen. The person I spoke to on the phone was beyond nice and helpful!! I havent been there yet for my appointment and I already love them!! Ill update this to say how great the actual visit was, because I can already tell its going to be the best veterinary experience Ive had in Temple! I had to add to my review. One of our cats doesnt normally do well at the vets office, to the point where I usually give them a heads up. Well, that is no longer an issue!! He has never been this calm at any prior vets!! They were so gentle and gave him some extremely helpful advice on how to best care for him going forward! This is literally the best vet in this entire area and then some!! If I could give more stars, I would!!

Edit, We got another sweet baby December 2016, Cali, they took care of her just like they have our kitties, even trimmed her nails for me (at that time I was kinda scared I would hurt her so I hadnt done it) but Im good now, Thank you for always taking care of our sweet fur babies!

Theresa Peery: They told me to arrive at 7am for surgery. I have been sitting in the waiting room for 2 1/2 hours with no update from the nursing staff. There are multiple other people here waiting to see the same surgeon as me. So God only knows when I will actually be taken back. I get VERY anxious before surgery and just sitting here for hours is NOT helping. This is the most unprofessional, shit show of a hospital that I have ever been to. I have had several other surgeries and have NEVER experienced anything like this. I absolutely do NOT recommend Metropolitan Methodist Hospital. I’m furious right now.

After delivery, I was falsely accused of smacking my own baby—an accusation that is completely unfounded and untrue. Not only was this claim made without any evidence, but the staff also failed to conduct a proper investigation or listen to my side of the story. The lack of professionalism and empathy from the hospital staff was shocking. Instead of addressing the situation with care and diligence, they immediately jumped to conclusions, causing immense emotional distress. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from a healthcare institution that is supposed to prioritize patient well-being and trust. I urge the hospital to review their protocols and ensure that such baseless accusations are not made in the future. No one should have to endure the humiliation and anxiety that comes with being falsely accused, especially in a place where they should feel safe and supported. Until significant changes are made, I cannot recommend this hospital to anyone. My trust in their ability to provide compassionate and fair care has been completely shattered. ---
