2 /5 Christina Wilson: I’ll give them 2 stars because I love my doctor. But Scott and white as a whole is a TERRIBLE healthcare system. Employees need more training. Patient relations takes no accountability. They don’t even return phone calls. They take your money and do not care about you one bit! Go somewhere else!

1 /5 Michelle Anderson: Providers are constantly changing. Shanna, prescription service coordinator is rude. Getting paperwork or call backs is impossible. The education level for their practitioners is pretty low.

1 /5 Erica Patterson: There is no healthcare continuity here. Providers change constantly. I’m so sick of BSW but they have essentially cannibalized local healthcare infrastructure. Your concerns are constantly dismissed because the ‘doctor’ you’re talking to has to run everything you say secondhand to their attending. If you get a doctor that actually listens, don’t get attached, they’ll be gone before you develop a rapport. You get conditioned to ignore your own issues when healthcare is made this big of a hassle. I’ve had 6-7 different doctors at this clinic. I’m over it.

1 /5 Shavonne Busky: This was my first and final time. My appointment was 3:40 they told me doc was running behind. I stayed until 5pm and never seen the doctor. I believe it was Dr.Thompson and this so unacceptable to have a new patient well any patient waiting that long w/o being seen.
