4 /5 Paula Herrin: I have used this clinic for 6 or 7 years now. I have had bad and good visits. I know that the doctors are doing their best with the amount of people that go through their doors. I would like to see more follow up communications due to my referrals. I no that there available I just have not had any good experiences. Like i did not know that i had to follow up and call them myself. My daughter has and likes the place I do go with her so we can share a ride and or gas. Now from our Medicare drivers I love that at least me have that so we can make our appointments. Thank you Paula Herrin

1 /5 Aspen Hubbard: I would give zero stars if that was an option. This was hands down the WORST experience I have ever had with a doctor. She was dismissive about every single concern. She does not want to run any tests or find any answers, she wants to put a medicine band aid on everything. And when I told her that I felt like I was being blown off, she told me that I’m reacting this way because “I am off my meds”. I do not take any meds to be off of to begin with. The worst visit I have ever had, and always no real answers. Go anywhere else for help!!

1 /5 Cilia Sanchez: The doctor that I saw here didnt take my concerns seriously, Ill have to go to a REAL DOCTOR. I told you that my thyroid feels swollen since taking a new medication and the response was that its probably just allergies.

5 /5 Craig Spiegel: Waco family medicine Santa Fe on 25th Avenue is awesome place. Doctor Christopher d Vera helps me with all my needs he might be young but veryl very thoroughand doesnt watch the clock like its time to go if you want to start up a new Doctor and a great relationship, you could tell him anything. He is a awesome person and is gonna be my hospice, I have stage for kidney cancer, and I am blessed to be alive each and every day with 5 and a 1/2 years with no cancer pain. And with medicine of course, thank you, Baylor Scott, and white and thank you, God, Jesus, help me thank you so much.

1 /5 Jacob Polasek: Very rude staff almost feels like you are being judged when coming in for an appt. Very long wait time again and said “they couldn’t find my baby in the system” I’m not sure why. we were referred to them by our hospital I would never step foot in this place again.
