tasha knox: Poor Service. Was literally a min late and told I had to reschedule. Was blowing my sons nose in car and was a min late. Could clearly see he was sick but told to reschedule for following week. Never had a Dr office tell me to reschedule for being late under a small amount of time. I would understand if it was 15 mins ..20 mins..30 mins. I realized today they dont view my son or myself as a person, we are just another number.
Paul Ward: This clinic is used for Diagnostic medicine. It also is used for people that has no appointments. Located north of the hospital on 31st Street. This building also has a pharmacy. Very nice and clean and staff is there to assist you in any way.
Paula Herrin: I have used this clinic for 6 or 7 years now. I have had bad and good visits. I know that the doctors are doing their best with the amount of people that go through their doors. I would like to see more follow up communications due to my referrals. I no that there available I just have not had any good experiences. Like i did not know that i had to follow up and call them myself. My daughter has and likes the place I do go with her so we can share a ride and or gas. Now from our Medicare drivers I love that at least me have that so we can make our appointments. Thank you Paula Herrin
Orlando Nell: Friendly staff and great service! We had to leave at 2:30 AM to head to Arkansas for the solar eclipse, so we didn’t get to try the breakfast. However, as Hilton Honors Diamond members, they kindly provided us with sandwiches, chips, and juice to take on the road—an awesome touch! Appreciate the hospitality and would stay here again.
Jacob Bates: Likely the most amazing medical professional I’ve ever had the pleasure of being seen by. I struggle with “white coat syndrome” and have a tough time facing my medical issues in general. Dr. Betik is a down to earth and realistic doctor who care about patient health and happy living. He listens and takes your best interest to heart and will help any of his patients to the highest standard. Don’t think. See “Doc Betik!”
Ana Sanchez Takacs: This review is not for their service but to say how annoying it is that noone ever picks up the phone and it always goes to voicemail. Never have I experienced that in any other place
Clare Stratmann: Ive had Dr. Din as my primary physician for a few years now. Hes great! He always listens to me, explains clearly what is happening and what he recommends, and is thorough. Every time a friend who is new to the area asks about a good PCP, I recommend Dr. Din.
