L: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Dr. Gonzalez and Leslie, RN-this a a well deserved 5 star review! First, the doctor started out by greeting and rooming his own patient! Who does that-what a special touch and a welcome treat! He is very talented, a fantastic listener, engaging, thought provoking and a leader in the industry. You know a good doctor always has a great nurse! Knowing this, and after meeting Dr. Gonzalez, I am not at all surprised nurse Leslie was equally amazing. She is thorough, emotionally intelligent and goes above and beyond to make sure her patient has an exceptional customer experience. What a great first touch point and an equally great way to kick off a new patient appointment. Well done team!
Savannah Fowler: I had my first appointment today with Dr. Shelton and she was wonderful. It’s so refreshing to have a doctor that is understanding and kind and to not feel rushed. I had to bring my 1 yr old daughter with me today to the appointment and they were so sweet to her, had toys for her to play with and made me feel like she was not an inconvenience or annoyance. I even signed up her for the membership plan while I was there! 10/10 impressed and will recommend to anyone. Thank you for the warm welcome ladies!
Vanessa Trevino: Front desk staff is very rude. Utmb canceled my afternoon appointment and said the only availability was today at 10:30am or at the end of the month. Which I am due to deliver my baby at the end of the month. I take the appointment and will admit was a FEW minutes late because of the very short notice and was having car trouble. The rude lady with a ponytail at the Front desk who sits on her computer playing on her phone. Said I should have told the appointment setter I couldn’t make it?!? She acts like she’s a doctor and knows what she is saying. You have no right to tell me to not make or attempt to make an appointment. I told her that I am a high risk patient and that’s the only time appointment setter said was available. This lady is literally lazy! The office waiting area was completely empty! No one was there except for me! I had a very bad experience at this clinic and will not be going back. It’s no wonder the wait area was so empty! Who wants to be pregnant and get mistreated? I literally looked forward to my ultrasound appointment. After two miscarriages and being able to see my baby grow is a miracle. I wish i could have gotten this rude front desk staffs name because I’d put it here! My advice to you ponytail lady is if you can’t show customer service get another job!
Rob Spindler: Doctor Patel and his Staff continue to provide an excellent level of medical care and personalized support. The Staff was polite and courteous. Everyone took the time to listen to issues and ailments and explain the type of care they were prescribing and why.

Melissa Luna: I love it here! Every experience I have here is pleasant and accommodating! From the medical to the psychological and now my dental experience has been phenomenal! Lauren the social worker helped me find affordable care by diligently assisting me in preparing my paperwork! Very sweet and considerate. Dr Asa and his dental assistant were very caring and detailed in what his plan of action is and the treatment you need! Bedside manner is impeccable! Thank you! I would definitely recommend this place over and over again!

Janette Fuller: I went to the Urgent Care of Conroe for the first time last weekend. I made an appointment of 9:00am online and submitted my ID and insurance information before I arrived at the clinic. The check-in process was very fast when I arrived a few minutes before my reserved time. I was treated very professionally by the nurse and the doctor. I received a shot and prescription for my illness. The doctor was very thorough in advising me about the medication and provided written instructions. The fees are reasonable and are posted on their website. Highly recommended!
