I had to bring my 1 yr old daughter with me today to the appointment and they were so sweet to her, had toys for her to play with and made me feel like she was not an inconvenience or annoyance. I even signed up her for the membership plan while I was there! 10/10 impressed and will recommend to anyone. Thank you for the warm welcome ladies!

Its a warm environment and one never feels rushed and she is so personable, detail-minded and she zeroes in on my concerns, saving me time and money on unnecessary tests. Her very experienced office manager, Lindy, even helped me set up the app so Dr. Shelton and I can communicate at any time, with no hassle, no cost. The responses are extremely prompt, supplying me with ample information. I feel EXTREMELY BLESSED to have Dr. Shelton as my doctor.

Dr.Shelton spent at least and hour and a half with my first visit getting to know me and my health history and current health needs. I never have to wait to be seen when showing up for my appointment Lindy gets me checked in and takes my vitals and Dr. Shelton is in to see me within minutes. She is the same way with our entire family. We trust her with our health because she takes time with us and listens. I so appreciate the way that they run their business. They respect our time and health. I highly recommend this practice and can’t say enough about the care we receive .

I made an appointment of 9:00am online and submitted my ID and insurance information before I arrived at the clinic. The check-in process was very fast when I arrived a few minutes before my reserved time. I was treated very professionally by the nurse and the doctor. I received a shot and prescription for my illness. The doctor was very thorough in advising me about the medication and provided written instructions. The fees are reasonable and are posted on their website. Highly recommended!

Before I started my anxiety was through the roof and in the end it was all for nothing. The process was so simple. They never hurried me and answered all my questions. Dr. Hutton was what i needed, he was sincere and gracious in his explanation of what i needed to have done. I was telling my sister in law about my experience with him and she told me her husband used him and the same great experiences with him over the years. i never thought to ask them where i should go. i know i am in good hands with this doctor and have no qualms about the surgery now.

As things have changed over the years, the quality of the medical personnel has gone down as well as the customer service. They continue to change their policies in favor of themselves and it has become more about the money than the care of the patients. They miss important aspects of your health, so you must be on top of it. It used to be more of a family feel and now they have become more commercialized and an In-N-Out, just a number feel, unfortunately.
