Melissa Luna: I love it here! Every experience I have here is pleasant and accommodating! From the medical to the psychological and now my dental experience has been phenomenal! Lauren the social worker helped me find affordable care by diligently assisting me in preparing my paperwork! Very sweet and considerate. Dr Asa and his dental assistant were very caring and detailed in what his plan of action is and the treatment you need! Bedside manner is impeccable! Thank you! I would definitely recommend this place over and over again!

Janette Fuller: I went to the Urgent Care of Conroe for the first time last weekend. I made an appointment of 9:00am online and submitted my ID and insurance information before I arrived at the clinic. The check-in process was very fast when I arrived a few minutes before my reserved time. I was treated very professionally by the nurse and the doctor. I received a shot and prescription for my illness. The doctor was very thorough in advising me about the medication and provided written instructions. The fees are reasonable and are posted on their website. Highly recommended!
KC: This location has some of the best staff that I have ever experienced at a doctor’s office before. All of the ladies, Sheryl, Reina, and Lily, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcome during my appointment! Dr. Dendy was very kind and thorough when explaining the procedure that I will be having this coming Friday. I would highly recommend this location to anyone and am so grateful to have had this great experience today.
sherrie browne: this doctor stood out while i was searching and when i called the office, the staff was the most knowledgeable and helpful i experienced in years. They never hurried me and answered all my questions. Dr. Hutton was what i needed, he was sincere and gracious in his explanation of what i needed to have done. I was telling my sister in law about my experience with him and she told me her husband used him and the same great experiences with him over the years. i never thought to ask them where i should go. i know i am in good hands with this doctor and have no qualms about the surgery now.
Eryn Pernarelli: I have been going to this facility for somewhere around 7 years. When they first opened they were really a good quality Clinic with high quality medical personnel. As things have changed over the years, the quality of the medical personnel has gone down as well as the customer service. They continue to change their policies in favor of themselves and it has become more about the money than the care of the patients. They miss important aspects of your health, so you must be on top of it. It used to be more of a family feel and now they have become more commercialized and an In-N-Out, just a number feel, unfortunately.

They were professional, efficient, and made the entire process seamless. Considering the nature of their work, they maintained a friendly and courteous demeanor throughout. Truly, they are the A-Team! Highly recommend Nova Lab for any testing needs. 5 stars isnt enough - they deserve 10!
