5 /5 Tiffany Waldren: Clean facility, kind staff, very brief wait time, scheduling was a breeze, I was in and out of labwork and had imaging scheduled in less than two minutes. Customer service phone operators outside of the clinic are also great. Dr. Okarwa is extremely well versed, compassionate, and respectful.

1 /5 Bob Beideck: Called to schedule a new appointment only to have to go to central registration, which verified my insurance was accepted and sent me back only to find out that the provider was NOT accepting new patients. In fact unless I was told incorrectly none of the providers were accepting new patients. (Either they misunderstood my insurance plan as an HMO-type or they don’t want my business.)

Dr. Lai recently retired and was replaced with Dr. Shawn Ho...what an asset Dr. Ho is to this office. My husband and I went in for our annual check-up/physical and he is just AMAZING! SO knowledgeable, so kind, so passionate and such a wonderful listener to help achieve your greatest health. Highly recommend him if you are looking for a Primary Care Physician or something in his speciality! His all around knowledge is powerful and confident in what he does. As always, the staff is wonderful and always so responsive. We are grateful Dr. Ho stepped right into Dr. Lais shoes....he is going to do great things for clients there at UT Southwestern Medical Center Las Colinas!
