1 /5 Noemi Benitez: Update: I needed to get a copy of medical records but they refused... WHAT?! Can’t get your own medical records? This place needs to be investigated. Worst experience I have ever had at a clinic! Every doctor needs a good staff to manage their patients, but this staff is horrible! Extremely unorganized, rude, and unprofessional. As I walk in, they see me but continue to talk about their personal life as I stand there... Once they attended me they couldnt find the medical chart. How do you lose a patients chart? That is personal information should not be mishandled! Ended up walking out due to the attitudes given by the front desk. I recommend you look for another clinic! 0/0 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

1 /5 Jose I. Avila: Horrible Service! I went in for a urgent treatment, IT TOOK 2 HOURS! I thought it was because there were a lot of people there, so I went back to get my physical. They open at 8 but they dont start seeing patients until 8:30 am. The front end administrator cant answer basic questions e.g. on average how long does each patient wait before being seen. I got my results today. I called and the person who answers the phone asks me to hold and leaves me on hold for 13 minutes before coming back on the line! Then the only thing she can confirm is that my results are in and the Dr can not read me my results unless I make an appointment to see her. As far as the Dr and her professionalism, cant really tell. The first time that I saw her, she was in and out of the room in under 3 minutes. The second time, she took a whole 5 minutes! I dont understand why they are so slow. I dont recommend this place. The waiting area looks unkept, the floor tile is coming off, and there seems to be no sense of urgency.

1 /5 Kat: Edit 10/20/20: there are 5 new reviews that are all on the same day giving this place 5 stars. Those reviews are from staff. They are lies. Do not believe it. This place is awful and under investigation. Do not, and I emphasize do not come here looking for care. It will not be provided. The nurses are unprofessional. The nurse practitioner, Diana Godinez, decided to speak rudely about myself, the patient, to a different individual. It is appalling the lack of professionalism displayed at this office.

They treated me, they healed me when me and my mother didnt have health insurance during our visit to Texas. I am very thankful, they made me feel better. Im reading these other reviews and I didnt realized how negative theyve been. I didnt know this place was bad at all. They saved my life the first time I went there

2 /5 tony reynaga: Not very professional, very bad costumer service coming from the doctor. Went there and very little attention was taken from female doctor, but anxious to have me perform a physical exam when I went for something else. When picking up results, nurse hande some copied sheets and said, doctor said youre ok. That was it. Definitely would not go back again.

Curve ball: If youre trying to call this location and talk to a real human being thats actually in the Garland VA hospital facility, good luck. It just wont happen. You have to jump through all kinds of hoops, call multiple places, set up appointments, all to get simple questions answered. So unless youre physically in that hospital, you wont talk to anybody at this facility unless they happen to call you.

Vicki Martinez: Been seeing doctors here since I was a teen (about 50 years). I have always been offered an appointment with a great doctor, NP, or PA when my PCP was not available. In house lab is very helpful. Very busy place, love Dr McMillin, and my husband sees Dr Clark who is great! After hours, weekend clinic, and online visits are a very helpful option.

Lourdes Marquez: There are a lot of crazy people on the street !! when I left to my work then I said Im going to Garland at the parkland clinic to pick up my medicine, and when I parked I said, Im going to park a little far in front of the street where the cars pass and this parking lot is alone. I had forgotten to leave the keys of my job and I had them around my neck when I got to the pharmacy. There were old people, no young people around , and no remember he was in the pharmacy, When I came out I saw a car parked behind with a guy who looked like he was from Venezuela or Salvador and He was alone, when I backed into my car he turned his car back, and I braked, he was almost going to hit my car. , and He came out very violent and I looked out the window and I didnt get out of my car, He started yelling that I hit his car and it wasnt true, I looked out the closed window of my car and didnt hit him, he seemed strange to me He was acting looking at his car, so thats why I didnt get out because he started screaming and I told him not to hit your car, I couldnt see anything, then I was waiting for a car to come out and He hit on my window very loudly and I told him thats no good !!! He was followed me and took photos of my car and my plates of my car I had to call the police because he followed me, and He was left and I had to park in a public place and g the police came and they said there is no incident that you crashed his car, its lies, he wanted to assault you, the police said that there are many cases like this lately, that if you get out of the car he will assault you. Thats why I didnt get out because he acted strange. I checked my car when I parked and it wasnt crashed. He wanted to steal my money from my purse. The police already made a report about that boy, he was 20 years old and he was Latino. Salvador or Venezuela, be careful in stores or at the bank, always park your car in front of the store and look around, the good thing was that I didnt open my door for him, he was waiting to assault me outside the pharmacy.

The doctor followed up with test results and inquired about how our child was doing a few days later. We don’t have insurance and found them to be reasonably priced.

Val Vint: I visited this establishment yesterday. I have never in my life experienced such amazing & professional care in any medical facility. They are personable & very helpful. I entered at 1:30pm & was out by 2:58pm having been taken cater of. I highly recommend this clinic! The doctors, technicians, nurses, & security were exceptional & I would most definitely return there if needed. They exceed 5 stars! They are rockstars!

ccierrarachell: Don’t come here unless you’re looking for a weight loss clinic. Truly thought i found a nice doctor to help me find care for a preexisting condition that is making everyday life hard. I expressed this and that I’m inly 26 with 2 babies under 1 year old. I really need to find the care so i can be there for my babies and work. Im not over weight. Im not complaining of weight. I came in regarding a broken back. And yall have done nothing but bother me with ozempic. An epidemic of weight-loss that i didn’t even inquire about. That is completely insane for y’all to push it as much as this office is. I wish i could just review the dr because she was AMAZING but this office has made me feel insanely uncomfortable. How disrespectful to the dr reputation to be turning the dr office into a weight loss clinic. Years of schooling wasted due to the front office having no sense of bedside manner.

Jeff Hill: Since the doctors offices attached to the building arent available on Google maps, Im assuming the doctors offices (BSW) are part of the urgent care facility. While the doctors we see there are great, the access for someone with a wheel chair is abysmal. There has never been an open handicap parking space, ever. There is not a single point in any waiting area for wheel chair, and the exam rooms are frequently filled with extra chairs for no apparent reason. Add to that the extremely long walk between various areas (front desk, waiting for Dr, labs, imaging), its not a pleasant experience.
