andrea martinez: Phenomenal experience from start to finish! The staff is incredibly friendly and genuine, which immediately put me at ease. I came in feeling nervous, but Dr. Stephen and his team treated me with exceptional bedside manner. The exam was very thorough, with no gimmicks—just thoughtful and caring professionals who truly prioritize their patients. Highly recommend!
Curve ball: If youre trying to call this location and talk to a real human being thats actually in the Garland VA hospital facility, good luck. It just wont happen. You have to jump through all kinds of hoops, call multiple places, set up appointments, all to get simple questions answered. So unless youre physically in that hospital, you wont talk to anybody at this facility unless they happen to call you.
Vicki Martinez: Been seeing doctors here since I was a teen (about 50 years). I have always been offered an appointment with a great doctor, NP, or PA when my PCP was not available. In house lab is very helpful. Very busy place, love Dr McMillin, and my husband sees Dr Clark who is great! After hours, weekend clinic, and online visits are a very helpful option.
Ray Julie: We brought our child here on a Saturday afternoon for the first time. The doctor was very thorough and asked a good amount of questions. The doctor followed up with test results and inquired about how our child was doing a few days later. We don’t have insurance and found them to be reasonably priced.
Val Vint: I visited this establishment yesterday. I have never in my life experienced such amazing & professional care in any medical facility. They are personable & very helpful. I entered at 1:30pm & was out by 2:58pm having been taken cater of. I highly recommend this clinic! The doctors, technicians, nurses, & security were exceptional & I would most definitely return there if needed. They exceed 5 stars! They are rockstars!
Iris Gwen: The lady sits at front desk name Nha Nguyen does a great job. She helped me a lot in asking for refill medications and showed me how to get on Mychart with its benefits. I havent ever known about it until she told me. SO helpful and grateful for it. Love Parkland
ccierrarachell: Don’t come here unless you’re looking for a weight loss clinic. Truly thought i found a nice doctor to help me find care for a preexisting condition that is making everyday life hard. I expressed this and that I’m inly 26 with 2 babies under 1 year old. I really need to find the care so i can be there for my babies and work. Im not over weight. Im not complaining of weight. I came in regarding a broken back. And yall have done nothing but bother me with ozempic. An epidemic of weight-loss that i didn’t even inquire about. That is completely insane for y’all to push it as much as this office is. I wish i could just review the dr because she was AMAZING but this office has made me feel insanely uncomfortable. How disrespectful to the dr reputation to be turning the dr office into a weight loss clinic. Years of schooling wasted due to the front office having no sense of bedside manner.
Mark Hastings: Dr. Chuck is incredibly knowledgeable, straightforward, and fast-acting. His office staff has also been very helpful and courteous. Dr. Chuck will keep you at ease while also addressing all of your health concerns.
Anthony Daniels: Horrible customer service, incapable of completing exams nothing was done in a timely manner they lied about details and ofcoarse after they get paid they could care less ,, had us drive up to the location for already late results and have us waiting here because they still dont have them…. Irresponsible staff, uneducated, disrespectful and careless, no compassion no help untrustworthy.
