1 /5 marco G: Would give 0 if they allowed. I’ve been waiting here with my wife for 4 hours and our appointment was 3 and 1/2 hours ago and I’m still currently waiting. There has been multiple times we made our selfs know that we are here however the employees here forget we are here. When we remind them we are presented with passive aggression. I’ve been to many clinics and this one by far takes the cake as being the worst run one. Needs new leadership.

1 /5 Nurian VC: Worst experience ever!! If Diana Banda takes care of you for financial GOOD LUCK! I went in there with a positive attitude and as soon as I sat in her chair I knew it was going to be a bad experience she didn’t even greet me. She asked for my documents and I asked if I could send them via email and she sarcastically laughed and said yeah. The whole time she was taking care of that she was talking to her coworker telling her where she gets her nails done and so many other things that had nothing to do with work. Every time I would ask her a question she would laugh as if I was asking a dumb question. She made me feel super uncomfortable.

1 /5 JP KDT: President Trump must close this place and fired all those employees. You cant be there and get what you come for. They will ask you to wait for hours while they are just sitting and playing on the phone, acting ugly and at the end of waiting for 4 hours and more you just get an appointment....

1 /5 Fatima Rodriguez: My appointment was at 1:30 pm and they made me wait for registration almost 1 hour then, they took forever to call my name, I went to the restroom and the “nurse” or whatever started calling other people and told me since I went to the restroom I was not there so I had to wait and then waited more to get a blood test is currently 4:45 as I write this and they still haven’t seen me. What’s the point of appointments if they see everyone else that’s comes after you. There’s like only 2 more people besides me. So ridiculous and on top of that everyone has been so rude

Worst experience I have ever had at a clinic! Every doctor needs a good staff to manage their patients, but this staff is horrible! Extremely unorganized, rude, and unprofessional. As I walk in, they see me but continue to talk about their personal life as I stand there... Once they attended me they couldnt find the medical chart. How do you lose a patients chart? That is personal information should not be mishandled! Ended up walking out due to the attitudes given by the front desk. I recommend you look for another clinic! 0/0 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Curve ball: If youre trying to call this location and talk to a real human being thats actually in the Garland VA hospital facility, good luck. It just wont happen. You have to jump through all kinds of hoops, call multiple places, set up appointments, all to get simple questions answered. So unless youre physically in that hospital, you wont talk to anybody at this facility unless they happen to call you.

Vicki Martinez: Been seeing doctors here since I was a teen (about 50 years). I have always been offered an appointment with a great doctor, NP, or PA when my PCP was not available. In house lab is very helpful. Very busy place, love Dr McMillin, and my husband sees Dr Clark who is great! After hours, weekend clinic, and online visits are a very helpful option.
