1 /5 Scott: I’ll keep my review short. Beware of conducting in executive health check up. The executive health checkup was a good experience however, if you intend to make this place your primary care facility just like any for-profit organization they will do all that they can to make you pay the most money. What I assume to be a routine check up following the executive health check up was coded as a follow up, which meant it would not be covered by my insurance. I wouldn’t have an issue with this, but I was explicitly told that this would be a routine check up and no fix or assistance was really offered. It’s a shame because I did enjoy my previous experience and the doctor but again this is a for profit organization so I guess I shouldn’t have expected much.

1 /5 Jessica Boes: Do not go here. I tried to schedule multiple times for a specialist. First they wanted a pcp referral (even though I have PPO insurance and a pcp referral is not required) - fine had my pcp send that but they also wanted an ultrasound done…which aren’t cheap…fine got that done and they still wouldn’t schedule me. I called multiple times they kept saying they never received my ultrasound (I had proof they received it) I also had the read on my chart they wouldn’t accept that either. I found out later they take forever to process anything and probably wouldn’t be able to see a specialist until 6 months out anyways. Save yourself some time and go elsewhere if you need a doctor. Terrible processes and policies just to get an appointment (but never actually got)

1 /5 Williams Mooky “mooky”: I clocked out of work at 4:30 made it to check in my 5:20 pm. I wasn’t seen in “fast track” until 9:30pm which consist of 3 min dr consultation, and urine sample and told he was ordering blood and meds and ct scan. I was put back in the waiting room. Around 11 the dr came and said nothing and denied saying anything about the ct scan but he did order the blood work and iv fluids and meds. I didn’t get anything unles until 5 am I got the iv and blood taken. At 5:50 I was finally took to a large empty room to take my meds. I asked around 1 am why I hadn’t gotten them and they complained of not having rooms. So from then until 5:40 that room had over 30 empty chairs and I could have been received them so I could have been discharged. I spent a whole 12 hours there for no reason. I only went there because it’s 5 mins from my home and I couldn’t barely breathe to go any further. Every time you ask for answers they pass you along to someone else and get rude comments eyes rolled at you. NEVER AGAIN IDC IF IM CUT IN HALF TAKE ME TO LEWISVILLE MEDICAL CITY, they actually care and take sincere care for you individually.

1 /5 raffi kaftajian: Avoid going. Ill make this review simple. I made an appointment months in advance. I filled out the patient packet describing what is going on, what my symptoms are, etc. They have my insurance on file. I now am being hit with a bill for over $600. the letter i received is as follows. "Additionally, because the decision to move forward with a __________ was made during the appointment, charges could not have been estimated beforehand." Patients fill out these 10 page packets so the doctor has an idea of whats going on, and potential interventions and game plans. The procedure should have been run under my insurance to determine if it was covered. Or maybe, take the extra step and inform the patient of what the charge would be should the insurance not cover it. The lack of patient advocacy is unreal. My family, friends and i will never recommend this hospital for any doctor appointments. Learn from my mistake. Take the extra time and go somewhere much better.
