5 /5 Robyn S: I recently gave birth to my son at Baylor Scott and White Medical Center, and I can genuinely say it was an incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hospitals cleanliness, which instantly put me at ease during such a significant event in my life. The staff was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly kind. Every nurse and support staff member made sure I felt comfortable and cared for throughout my 5 night stay. They answered all my questions with patience and professionalism, which made the entire process smoother. Now the doctors were simply amazing. Their expertise and compassionate approach made me feel confident in my care and leading the charge was Dr. Bridges. They all took the time to explain each step and ensured that both my son and I were doing well during the labor and delivery process. Overall, my experience at Baylor Scott and White was nothing short of wonderful. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone seeking maternity care. They truly made what could have been a stressful experience into one that I will cherish forever.

4 /5 S K: Our son was delivered here few days back. and I must say, the experience was overwhelmingly positive, thanks to the exceptional staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The doctors, nurses, and support staff all went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and well-being throughout the stay. What truly stood out to me was their constant follow-up. They didnt just check in once and move on; they made sure I was always informed, comfortable, and well-cared for. Its clear that patient satisfaction is their top priority. That said, the facility itself could use some improvements. The buildings thermostat system was a bit of a challenge. To get any heat, you had to set it above 75°F, which made the room uncomfortably hot. On the flip side, if you didnt adjust it, the room would become quite chilly. It created a bit of a temperature battle that detracted from an otherwise perfect experience. Nevertheless, the outstanding care and dedication of the staff

5 /5 Ariel Adams: I delivered my son with Dr. Ellis ( of Nurture Women’s Health) on 3/21. I was admitted the night of 3/20 for a scheduled induction to take place the morning of 3/21. My experience delivering my third child and entering the early recovery stage was so peaceful and wonderful thanks to the staff at BSW Centennial. Specifically the night nurses were absolutely amazing and had great bedside manner (which definitely helps calm an anxious mama about to deliver or one that has just delivered calm down). Anytime I made a request for something it was addressed immediately, I was never left waiting for a response or a nurse to show up to assist. From the nurses to the janitorial and kitchen staff who wheeled up my meals, each person we encountered was so pleasant and kind. I just remember a lot of smiling faces and warm greetings which leads me to believe that BSW has created an excellent culture for their staff. Thank you all so much for the intentional care and kindness. I only wish I would have had the time to have prepared some nurses gifts to bring with me to the hospital (my induction was scheduled abruptly).

4 /5 Marcie Moreno: Nurses were great. Doctors could have had better bed side manners. I had the neurologist come in and I do not believe she looked up once from her phone. Another doctor did not have time to answer questions. You come in sick and do not know the details of what is going on and it is nice for someone to explain these things to you. You shouldnt have to force them to take the time and they be snippy.
